160 Driving Academy is the largest driving academy in the U.S. with over 135 driving academies across the nation. We are looking for a talented Branch Sales Manager to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. The ideal candidate will also be able to recruit & enroll students into CDL training Program. Build and maintain local partnership with various trucking companies & community partners. maintain & store accurate student database & state files.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Recruit & enroll students

· Maintain accurate student/state files

· Schedule student DOT physical & Drug Screens

· Host & attend Community events/career fairs

· Collect student tuition payments

· Follow up on potential student leads

· Build partnerships with local Govt agencies

• Microsoft Office- Salesforce experience is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
